GDF Bangladesh

The Green Disabled Foundation (GDF) is a registered not-for-profit organization in Bangladesh that provides educational, training and rehabilitative support for people living with disabilities. Chaired by Dr. Mustafa Shahzaman Chowdhury in Sylhet, Bangladesh, GDF provides support for the visually, physically, socially, intellectually, and hearing impaired.

GDF is the result of Dr. Chowdhury’s personal passion to bring opportunities to those who need them the most. Through GDF’s programs, adults living with physical or mental disabilities learn valuable work skills and receive training and tools that empower them to overcome their disabilities.

In addition, GDF also supports orphaned children who are visually impaired by providing them with food, clothing, shelter and education.
